Course Outline
The process-based functionality of Quality Center is examined in this hands-on course. In 6 days, students will learn how to manage quality information throughout the development cycle, construct and organize requirements, create and execute test sets, monitor defects, and use graphs and reports to track the success of a project. As a bonus, the Quality Center Site Administration will be taught for free. This will give our students the competitive edge in the Industry as they will learn how to take ownership of the entire project through the versatility of the Quality Center Site Administration module.
This course will be supported by a real live project. Practical examples are demonstrated throughout the course.

- Manage a testing project from start to finish within QC
- Define test requirements
- Export data from Microsoft Excel to Quality Center
- Organize subjects and tests in the test plan tree
- Design and create test plans
- Generate test scripts from design steps
- Create test sets and learn how QC implements traceability between entities
- Record and track test execution results
- Log and manage defects
- Generate reports and graphs
