• Unfortunately, most of the tools are not compatible with Windows Vista or Window 7. You will be able to install all the tools on Windows XP. However, Windows Vista or Windows 7 will allow you to install QuickTest Pro and SQL Server. You need to change certain settings to make this work. This will be communicated to you after sign-up.

• We allow our students to repeat a batch at an additional flat fee of 70% of the normal price. For example, you can opt for a refresher course in ISTQB Aand API for £560 instead of the £800 full fees.

• We conduct time-based exams at the end of each curriculum. These exams will simulate the real certification environment and help prepare students once they are ready to take the exams.

• We can work out something for you if you have to discontinue a batch for an unforeseen reason and re-join a later batch. Please inform us as soon as you are aware and we will try and make arrangements.
• Typically, you will be refunded full fees if you inform us 2 days into the training.
